Get in touch

Email support@sunnylantern.com. Include your device type and a short description of what happened. Please don’t send passwords, verification codes, payment details, or recordings of a child.

Playback help

Check the media volume and your current speaker or headphones. If another app is using the microphone, turn off Sunny Lantern’s microphone or use a prepared listening-only story. You can pause or exit a session at any time.

Account access

Sign in with your email and password. Choose Forgot password to receive a recovery code, then set a new password with at least eight characters.

Delete your account or data

Open the parent area, then Privacy & your data. You can export app data, remove listener profiles, withdraw consent, or delete your account.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@sunnylantern.com from the email address connected to your account. Tell us whether you want to delete your account or a particular listener profile. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.

Deleting your account removes the associated app profiles, stories, and favorites. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules. See our privacy policy for details.

Availability

Sunny Lantern is coming to iOS and Android. Public app downloads are not available yet. Official store links will appear on this website when available.
